DOUGLAS E. WOOLLEY
works for JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Software Engineer,
and he serves as the International Secretary for the
Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International
(FGBMFI). He earned four university degrees in the areas
of Computer Science and Theology.
DOUGLAS
E. WOOLLEY graduated from University of South
Florida in 1989 with a B.S. Engineering degree in
Computer Science. Upon graduation, Doug worked as a part
of the Management Association Program at NCNB (now known
as Bank of America). Doug worked for
Verizon (formerly GTE)
for 28 years, most recently as a Web Developer in the
field of Cloud Computing and has attained three
prestigious certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
While at Verizon, he also traveled often to Portugal and
to Venezuela to install and implement a new computer
software system that produced phone bills for these
countries. As of 2019, he currently works for JPMorgan
Chase & Co. as a Software Engineer. He recently finished
a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems with a
concentration in Web Development (from DeVry
University), Summa Cum Laude.
In high school,
Doug placed among the top in the USA in mathematics,
computer programming, and science. As a senior in high
school, Doug placed 1st in Florida in both mathematics
and computer science, was team captain of the top
computer-programming team in Florida, and placed 3rd in
(individual) mathematics and 5th in (team)
computer-programming at the national championships for
Mu Alpha Theta. The Westinghouse Talent Search named him
as one of the top 300 high school scientists in America
for his computer program that graphically solves the
Rubik’s Cube and other mathematical puzzles. By the age
of 20, Doug began receiving royalties for providing
computer-programming illustrations for two university
textbooks on computers, and later he authored an
800-page
computer-programming book. Additionally, he is a
member of American
Mensa.
As a committed Christian, Doug has a
passion for studying and teaching the Bible. He has led
weekly Bible studies for years with interested college
students, church members, co-workers, and ministry
interns. He also graduated with a B.S. in
Interdisciplinary Studies (concentration in
Bible/Theology) at North Central University, Summa Cum
Laude. He earned a master’s degree in Bible/Theology at
Southwestern A/G University, with a 4.0 GPA. Serving in
his local church, Life Church, Doug has taught Sunday
School for the New Believers class and the Singles
class. Further, Doug has taught college level Bible
courses at two different Schools of Ministry:
[One Accord School of Ministry
and
Generate School of Ministry].
Doug has served in various leadership positions
in Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International (FGBMFI)
since 1991, such as vice-president of the Tampa chapter,
Florida Treasurer and Field Representative,
International Director at Large, USA National Director,
and Web Master for
www.fgbmfi.org and regional sites. He has performed
missionary work in multiple countries and has been a key
speaker at national conventions. Currently, Doug serves
as USA Southeast Regional Director, International
Director, and International Secretary (one of four
executive positions for FGBMFI).
Doug resides in
Tampa, Florida, USA with his wife
Marsha and poodle Napoleon. Some of Doug’s hobbies
include running with his dog, golfing, competing in
international programming competitions, and fine dining.
Marsha Woolley served as Director of Women’s Ministries
for the A/G in the Peninsular Florida District, serving
350 churches. Currently, she serves as a manager of a
